Abstract Submission

  • The length of abstract must be less than 200 words in English.
  • Your abstract must include title, authors, affiliation, email, and acknowledgement.
  • At least 1 author must make an advanced registration.
  • Registered author does not have to be first/corresponding author.
General Information
  • ICEAS 2022 will be held on Hybrid(Offrine, On-line(Zoom platform). All Presenter and Regular attendees will be able to join the Zoom. There will be live Q&A with presenters available. All presenters must access the online session during their presentation time for a live streaming Q&A.
  • There will be 2types of presentation : Oral Presentation / Poster(Student) Presentation
  • Please check the preferred presentation type when you submit the abstract
  • If there is no special reason, ICEAS Secretaries will assign to the presentation you prefer.
  • Presentation Time
    1) Plenary Presentation : 30 minutes
    2) Keynote Presentation : 15 minutes
    3) Oral presentation : 10 minutes
    4) Poster(Student) Presentation Time: 5 minutes
    ※ Q&A time will be given for each session.
    ※ Student presentations are conducted in part of a poster session. Students who are willing to make a general presentation can also apply for the general one.
  • The presentation(PPT) should be recorded with your face/voice using the recordable tools (PPT slide show, OBS Studio, Zoom etc.).
    ※ Use the PC with built-in microphone or web camera to record the presentation. (Be sure to record with horizontal screen when you record with a mobile phone)
    ※ It will be okay to record the presentation with only your voice without your face. (Please do NOT use the paid voice codec tools such as Dolby etc.)
    ※ Please make sure to record through a microphone/headset in order to record the audio at an appropriate volume of the presentation video.
    ※ Presentation File (PPT) form
    1) Presentation File Ratio : 16:9 size
    2) File Format : .mp4
    3) Screen Resolution : 720p

    Please send the presentation file and recorded video file to secretariat mail.
    The copyright belongs to the author and the presentation material will be open only during the conference.
    ※ Option 1) If a presenter permits authorities over copyright, materials will be shared even after sessions of the conference. Option 2) Presentation materials could be shared on presenters’ own website such as Youtube. Please fill out the address of your own website if anyone is willing to do so.

Full Paper Submission(Optional)
  • With only submitting abstract, you can present your research material at the ICAES 2022.
  • If you want to submit full paper, then you can submit. But it is optional, not mandatory.
  • Selected full papers will be published in "Journal of Appropriate Technology" after peer review.
